Confused? Ofcourse you are. That’s why she made this episode.
The ideas we have as writers are constantly circling our brains. We sometimes get overwhelmed to the point that it inhibits you from starting anything.
This episode can help you with clarity and visualizing you ideas when you don’t know what to do in business or in life.
Getting a new job or switching careers may seem like an end, but are they? Try to think about them: Does a new final end emerge – more revenue, more job satisfaction – or what? Once you have a clear idea of what you are ultimately trying to achieve, you will be free to think about other sources: your boss’s choice of in-home career options. Talk to or go to a different team with a different atmosphere that works for you. Better looking for less expensive online training; driving rather than flying.
You fly to a wedding because the family is always important or you do not go because you believe that relationships are in the everyday and do not need to focus on some big occasion. It’s easy to get stuck on the fence because you want to make the right decision and don’t want to do anything unless you are sure. Likewise, find out how long it will take to get married, find free online courses, see potential relationship advisors. Doing something rather than waiting to make you believe it is the right thing to do will give you feedback that can help improve your thoughts and feelings. Apply for a new job and see what happens. Go for an interview and see how it goes, or better yet, actually walk around the building or, if possible, check your future office. But just as you do not want to confuse the ending and the reasons, you do not want to confuse a good deal of emotions and feelings with emotional reactions and good reactions and possibly reactions.
